The War was in Color

I have like the biggest crush on Steve!! He's just omg AMAZING!! I just find it amazing that he's just so... I can't really put it into words but he's like an actual hero. The way he looks out for his team and also he's "The man out of his time". I guess I look up to him as a person and I wanna be more like him- a true leader.

*Ahem* anywayys.... I know it's ugly!! It was more of an experiment with my watercolours than anything else really. I was sitting there thinking what to quickly draw (I spent like an hour on the lineart alone -.-) so I could go all out with my watercolours. It was the most fun doing the shield and the smoke in the background.
I meant for it to at least look like Chris Evans but that's kind of hard to do when all you have to work with is his jaw, nose, lips and eyes :/ He doesn't really have any distinctive features in that respect.

I wanna work with all the members of the Avengers (I already have quite a few sketches) and my gawd they're fun to draw!! Thor especially because his face is just so expressive *.* I'm going to use them to get the hang of drawing faces and expressions C:
